You can either make a reservation on our website www.carpartnerbodrum.com with online payment or the "pay at the office" option in just a few simple steps.
You can call us through our WhatsApp number or create a reservation via our WhatsApp help line, available 24/7.
You can also email us at info@carpartnerbodrum.com to inquire about prices and vehicle details to make a reservation.
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive your reservation details via email.
How to Pick Up Your Vehicle?
It is enough to come to our office with your reservation details.
If you have selected a location, our office will contact you by phone, and a member of the Car Partner Bodrum team will meet you at your chosen location to deliver the vehicle.
If you are picking up from the airport, a Car Partner Bodrum team member will be waiting for you at the exit gate with a sign bearing your name, and will hand over the vehicle.
If you have booked a chauffeur-driven VIP service, our office will contact you through the phone number you provided at the time of reservation, and connect you with the Car Partner Bodrum chauffeur at a location that suits you.
Required Documents for Car Rental
- If you are a Turkish citizen, your ID card and driver's license are required.
- If you are not a Turkish citizen, your passport and driver's license are required.
- If you are a Turkish citizen but have a foreign driver's license, both your ID card and the driver's license from the country where you obtained it are required.
How to Return Your Vehicle?
If you have specified a location in the rental agreement, our office will contact you by phone, and a Car Partner Bodrum team member will meet you at the location you selected to return the vehicle.
If you are returning the vehicle at the airport, our office will contact you, and a Car Partner Bodrum team member will be waiting for you at the airport to take the vehicle.
If you have booked a chauffeur-driven VIP service, our chauffeur will bid you farewell at the location you have chosen.
Return Policy
We always prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to ensure that your car rental experience is of the highest quality and without any issues.
The vehicle must be returned at the specified location and time. After one hour of delay, an additional daily charge will be applied. If you wish to change the location or extend the rental period, you must contact our customer service at least one day in advance.
If the vehicle is returned before the scheduled date, the refund will be calculated based on the actual time and date of return, and no full refund will be given. Early return requests are accepted without a refund. For detailed information about cancellations and returns, please contact our customer service.
As stated in the agreement, if there is significant damage, missing parts, or cleanliness issues at the time of return, the customer will be charged for the additional costs.
Cancellation of the rental agreement can only be made after the reservation is confirmed and must be notified at least 48 hours before the rental date.
If the vehicle breaks down, the customer is responsible for notifying us about the breakdown. In case of an accident, the customer must notify the company and, depending on the location, a police or gendarmerie report will be required. The report between individuals is not accepted by the insurance company.
Vehicle Inspection and Condition
The vehicle is inspected thoroughly by the rental agent when it is handed over to the customer, and any existing scratches or damage will be marked on the Vehicle Delivery Form.
At the time of return, the vehicle will be inspected by the rental agent, checking the interior and exterior cleanliness, fuel level, mileage, tire condition, transmission, brakes, and overall mechanical condition. If there are any new scratches or damage that were not listed on the Vehicle Delivery Form, and the customer does not have a police report, the customer will be responsible for the cost of repairs.
If the vehicle's fuel level, mileage, or condition (such as damage or missing parts) is found to be different at the time of return, Car Partner Bodrum will charge the customer additional fees.
The vehicle must be returned clean. If the vehicle has a bad odor or significant stains, Car Partner Bodrum may charge an extra cleaning fee.
How to Receive Your Invoice?
Once the rental is complete, the agreement will end, and your invoice will be prepared and sent to the email address you provided during the reservation within seven business days.
If you wish to receive your invoice in person or to a different email address from the one you provided during reservation, please mention this request at the time of booking.
