Reservation Terms

Reservations made through our website www.carpartnerbodrum.com are subject to the conditions outlined below.

After completing your reservation, we send an email to the address you provided to confirm that your reservation has been approved. To access your reservation details or to verify the approval of your reservation, you must be able to log in to the email address you provided.

In case of any inconsistency in the reservation details, the specified options will be considered valid. Car Partner Bodrum will not be held responsible for any typographical errors or missing information.

If you wish to make changes to your reservation details, you can specify your request by emailing info@carpartnerbodrum.com, calling our hotline, or messaging us via WhatsApp. For changes related to the pick-up or return dates, Car Partner Bodrum will process your request based on availability. Additional charges will apply for services considered as extra, such as changes in pick-up and return locations, changes in vehicle category, adding an extra driver, or adding a child seat. Car Partner Bodrum will not be held responsible for any typographical errors or missing information.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement when picking up the vehicle. Car Partner Bodrum may refuse to deliver the vehicle in certain cases. If the reservation has been made, the full amount will be refunded. For more details, please contact our call center.

Reservations made through our website are valid only if the "Car Rental Terms", "Car Rental Guide", and "Car Rental Agreement" have been read and accepted by you. 

Rental Age

Findeks Check for All Turkish Citizen Customers Renting a Vehicle

A Findeks query will be conducted for all Turkish citizen customers who rent a vehicle.

Credit Card Usage

Customers who wish to rent a vehicle must have a credit card in their name that is enabled for online transactions at the time of rental. A pre-authorization will be taken according to the vehicle class being rented before the rental process. The pre-authorization is required to complete the reservation. The pre-authorization is not a sale transaction; it blocks the specified amount on your credit card. After the rental period, the pre-authorization will be refunded to the card you used for payment within 10 business days.

To provide you with safer and higher-quality service, we perform a financial analysis for our Turkish citizen customers renting from our company through Findeks.com (KKB Credit Bureau Inc.) credit report query. This process is carried out during the reservation.

Findeks checks the rent-a-car report to see whether the customer meets the rental conditions, and if there are any rental requests that do not meet the conditions, an appropriate alternative will be provided to the customer. If the Findeks report is not suitable, pre-authorizations for reservations made with the "pay at office" option will be canceled, or for online payments, both the pre-authorization and vehicle rental fees will be refunded.

If our customers prefer not to share their Findeks report, Car Partner Bodrum will cancel the reservation and refund the pre-authorization amount paid. Car Partner Bodrum is not obligated to provide a vehicle to customers who do not wish to share their Findeks report.

Pre-Authorization Reservation Conditions

The person picking up the vehicle must be the owner of a credit card in their name for the reservation to be valid. The credit card used for payment must be present when the customer picks up the vehicle.

If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the rental time.

Pre-Authorization Amounts

"Pay at Office" Reservation Terms

Cancellation of your car rental reservation is free up to 48 hours before the rental time. Cancellations made after the start date and time of the contract will be calculated by the day.

Insurance Terms and Information

The safety of our customers during the car rental experience is very important to us. The insurance terms valid during the rental process are specified in the rental agreement, and these details are arranged to ensure the safety of our customers and protect them from possible risks.

Our vehicles come with full insurance and casco. As specified in the contract, in case of mutual or single-party accidents, a police or gendarmerie report is required. In cases without a report, the customer is responsible for paying for the damages caused to the vehicle.

The vehicle you rent is covered by mandatory legal traffic insurance, which is required by Turkish traffic laws and covers damages to third parties.

In case of any damage to the vehicle during the rental, if you have a Police or Gendarmerie report, the Full Casco (comprehensive insurance) coverage will apply.

Full Casco insurance provides limited coverage for damages to the vehicle itself or any items inside the vehicle. The tenant's liability for these situations is limited to a specific "excess" amount.

Situations Excluded from Insurance Coverage
Insurance coverage applies under normal usage conditions of the vehicle. However, in cases of malicious use or accidents, the insurance company may refuse payment due to exceptions outside of coverage. The following situations are excluded from insurance coverage and are the responsibility of the renter:

• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Intentional damage to the vehicle or damage resulting from malicious acts such as theft or robbery.
• The vehicle being driven by unauthorized persons or those not specified in the rental agreement.
• Damage resulting from improper parking or non-compliance with parking restrictions.
• Damage to the vehicle's interior (e.g., burning the interior, significant stains, or contamination).

With the different insurance packages offered by Car Partner Bodrum, additional coverage options can be added for more extensive insurance protection.

These additional options are available for an extra fee, based on the renter’s request.

Additional Products and Services Not Included in the Car Rental Prices

You can choose from additional products not included in the car rental prices when renting the vehicle. You can add them either at the time of vehicle pick-up or after creating your reservation by contacting us through WhatsApp or emailing info@carpartnerbodrum.com with your reservation number.

Our car rental prices do not include HGS, bridge crossing fees, fuel charges, or any traffic fines resulting from traffic rule violations.
